Would you? 1/14/01 I clean the kitchen floor, my hair twisted in a knot. I wear no shoes and no gloves as I push the mop. I bend my back and scrub, but only once a month. I wonder if you could love me now As I scrub and scrub. I wash the dirty clothes and wear a giant I love to walk in bear feet, when no ones watching me. T. No make up, no nail polish, just a basket of the weeks wear, All crumbled and smelly, if you saw me, Would you care? I wake up all in shambles and hate to make the bed. My head is clouded; hairs a mess and have foul breath If you were to see me, in this morning mood; fit to kill Would you love me now, would you love me still. Comfortable, so comfortable, with no role to play. Easy, so easy, my lone existence is everyday. If you were to join me and see me this very way. Would you still love me, would you really stay?
